If my plans change can i cancel my reservation.

Private Drivers, — Should Have Hired Decky

You can always cancel your Reservation with 24 hours notice. We would also appreciate 24 hours notice where possible on pickup times although we do understand that arrival times can change without notice and are happy hold the driver for an hour if planes are running late.

Will there be any extra charges over what i was quoted?

As long as your stated requirements and destination remain the same there will be No extra charges.

If my departure time is delayed what can i do.

If your flight is delayed before departure please contact us wit a new arrival details as soon as you possibly can.

How will i know my driver and where do i meet him.

Your driver will be waiting at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport arrival hall holding a placard with your name on it as you exit the building.

Should I Tip the Driver.

There is no requirement to tip our drivers and if they ask for a tip please report this to our office. However if you feel that your driver has given you good service they will appreciate any tips you offer. Please note, any tips freely given stay with the driver, not our business.

Can I organize other tripes or hires with the driver directly.

Yes your driver can book the car or bike directly with you.
